This website is operated by TrendFusion ("TrendFusion", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") apply to your use of this website, the application form, any call you book with our team, and the TrendFusion Mentorship programme (together, the "Service"). By using the website, submitting an application, booking a call, or enrolling in the programme, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Using the Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use the Service.

The information you give us in your application, when booking a call, or at enrolment must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for making your own arrangements to access the Service.

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or break any law in your jurisdiction when using it. You must not transmit any viruses or code of a destructive nature. If you break these Terms, we may end your access to the Service.

2. Applications and Calls

The mentorship is application only. Submitting an application does not guarantee you a place. We review every application and may decline any applicant, at our discretion, including where we believe the programme is not the right fit. Places in each cohort are limited.

A call booked through this website is a consultation to discuss your goals and whether the programme is right for you. It is not trading, investment, or financial advice, and nothing said on the call should be relied on as such.

3. The Mentorship Programme

The programme fee, and any payment arrangement, is confirmed with you before you pay. By paying for the programme, you agree to these Terms.

The programme, including its lessons, live sessions, recordings, strategies, and the TrendFusion automated trading system provided to students, is for your personal use only. You must not share your access, record or redistribute sessions, or copy, resell, or imitate the programme or its materials. If you do, we may remove your access without a refund.

We do not warrant that the programme will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

4. Refunds and the 90-Day Coaching Guarantee

Programme fees are non-refundable.

The programme instead carries the 90-Day Coaching Guarantee. If you complete the programme, do the work, and follow the process, and you still have not reached a prop firm payout within 90 days of completing the programme, Coach Bri will keep coaching you at no extra cost until you do.

The guarantee covers continued mentorship only. It is not a refund, and it is not a guarantee of profit, income, funding, or any payout.

5. Risk Disclosures and Disclaimers

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and understood the disclosures in this section.

Trading risk

Trading is risky and most day traders lose money. All content is to be considered hypothetical, selected after the fact to demonstrate the Service, and should not be construed as financial advice. Decisions to buy, sell, hold, or trade in securities, futures, commodities, and other investments involve risk and are best made on the advice of qualified financial professionals. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

The risk of loss in trading can be substantial. You should carefully consider whether trading is suitable for you in light of your financial condition, and you should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

Hypothetical and simulated performance

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Because the trades have not been executed, the results may have under or over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programmes are also designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

Testimonials and results

Testimonials, payout certificates, and results shown on this website are individual experiences. They may not be representative of other students and are not a guarantee of future performance or success. Results shown are not verified by us, and we have no basis for believing they are typical. Results vary with many factors, including skill, risk management, experience, and the fact that trading is a high-risk activity in which it is easy to lose money.

We do not have access to our students' personal trading, brokerage, or prop firm accounts, and so we have no reason to believe our students perform better or worse than traders as a whole.

TrendFusion is not an investment adviser

TrendFusion is not registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. TrendFusion relies on the "publisher's exclusion" from the definition of "investment adviser" under Section 202(a)(11)(D) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and corresponding state laws. As such, TrendFusion does not offer or provide personalised investment advice.

To the extent any content published, broadcast, or otherwise stated on this or associated websites, or in the programme, may be deemed to be investment advice, it is impersonal and not tailored to the needs of any specific person. It is provided for informational and educational purposes only, and is not a solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any position in any market.

Educational purposes only

The programme's lessons, live sessions, strategies, trade examples, and tools, including the TrendFusion automated trading system, are impersonal and are not customised to your circumstances. They do not indicate or guarantee any result. You should not rely on them as the sole basis for any trading decision. If you choose to rely on them, you do so at your own risk, and you remain solely responsible for your own research, your trading decisions, and every trade placed in your accounts, including prop firm evaluation and funded accounts.

Prop firms and trading platforms

Prop firms named on this website, such as Topstep, Lucid Trading, Bulenox, MyFundedFutures, Trade Day, and Apex, are independent companies. They are not affiliated with TrendFusion and do not endorse the programme. Each firm sets its own rules, including whether automated trading is allowed, and those rules can change at any time. Whether you pass an evaluation or receive a payout is decided by that firm, not by us. You are responsible for checking and following the rules of any firm you trade with.

Charts and tools used in the programme are built on TradingView. TradingView® is a registered trademark of TradingView, Inc. TradingView has no affiliation with TrendFusion and does not endorse or recommend the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all of its content, features, and functionality, including text, software, video, audio, images, strategies, and their design, selection, and arrangement, are owned by TrendFusion, its licensors, or other providers, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the Service for your own personal use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Service without our express written permission, and you must not remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice from it.

The TrendFusion name, logo, and all related names, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of TrendFusion and may not be used without our prior written permission. Other names and logos on the Service belong to their respective owners. No right, title, or interest in the Service is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Prohibited Uses

In addition to the other restrictions in these Terms, you must not use the Service or its content:

• for any unlawful purpose, or to encourage others to take part in unlawful acts;
• to break any international, federal, state, or local law or regulation;
• to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others;
• to harass, abuse, harm, defame, or discriminate against anyone;
• to submit false or misleading information;
• to upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code;
• to collect or track the personal information of others;
• to spam, phish, scrape, crawl, or spider the Service;
• to frame or mirror any part of the Service without our written permission;
• to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service or its software; or
• to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or get around the security features of the Service.

We may end your use of the Service for breaking any of these restrictions.

8. Text Messages and Email

If you give us your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from TrendFusion at that number, including appointment reminders, programme information, and promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: we do not charge for text messages, but message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message, or email us. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.
• Delivery: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we are not responsible for messages that are delayed or not delivered. Service is available on major U.S. carriers and may not be available on all carriers.
• Security: text messages are not encrypted and may not be secure.
• Privacy: your number is used in line with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell your number to third parties.
• Not advice: nothing we send by text or email is financial advice.

By opting in, you confirm you are the owner or primary user of the number you provided. Our messaging programme is intended to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws. We may change or discontinue text messaging at any time.

9. Third-Party Services and Accuracy of Information

The Service uses third-party tools, such as our application form, call scheduling, and video players, and may link to other websites. These are provided for your convenience. We have no control over them and accept no responsibility for them, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

The material on this website is provided for general information only. We are not responsible if it is not accurate, complete, or current, and it should not be relied on as the sole basis for any decision. Some of it may be historical. We may change the content of this website at any time but have no obligation to update it.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free, or that the results obtained from it will be accurate or reliable. We will not be liable if all or part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrendFusion and its affiliates are not liable for any trading losses, or any other loss or damage, arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on any of its content.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrendFusion and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting the changes on this page, and we will revise the effective date above when we do. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept them.

13. Your Information

All information we collect about you is handled under our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to everything we do with your information in line with that policy.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from the Service (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State in which TrendFusion is organised, without regard to any choice or conflict of law rule. Any legal action arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought in the federal or state courts located in that State, although we keep the right to bring an action for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any objection to the jurisdiction of, and venue in, those courts.
