Privacy Policy
Effective date: 22 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Trend Fusion ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit this website and apply for our trading mentorship programme (the "Service"). By using the website or submitting an application, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you complete our application form, we collect the details you enter, which include:
- Your name, email address, and phone number (including the country dial code you select).
- Your application answers, such as your trading experience, prop firm history, the challenges you describe, your goals, your timeline, and your stated readiness to invest in a programme.
- Your communication consent, recording whether you agreed to receive emails and text messages from us.
Booking information
If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, the time you select, and any details you add when booking, so we can confirm and run your call.
Information collected automatically
When you browse the website, we and our analytics providers automatically collect technical and usage information, including your device and browser type, pages viewed, actions taken on the page, approximate location derived from your IP address, and session activity such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement. Some of this is collected using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Review your application and assess whether the programme is a fit.
- Contact you about your application and schedule and conduct your call.
- Send you emails and, where you consented, text messages about the programme, your booking, and related information.
- Operate, measure, and improve the website and our marketing.
- Comply with our legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and, where applicable, advertising. These help us understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it. You can control non-essential cookies through the consent banner shown on the site. The banner is shown to visitors in regions where consent is required (such as the EU, UK, and Switzerland), and your choices are applied accordingly. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the Service, and only so they can perform their function on our behalf. These include:
- Netlify for website hosting.
- Google Analytics (Google) for website analytics.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) for usage analytics, heatmaps, and session insights.
- Make for routing your application data between our tools.
- Close for managing applicants and sending email and text communications.
- Kit for email communications.
- Calendly for scheduling calls.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram), where we run advertising, for measuring and improving our ads. This applies only if you arrive through or interact with our ads.
Each provider processes your information under its own privacy policy, which you can review on its website. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
5. Marketing and Text Messages
If you opted in, we may send you marketing emails and text messages. Message and data rates may apply to text messages, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential messages about a call you have booked.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain our relationship with you, and meet our legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, as described below.
7. Your Privacy Rights
United States residents (including California)
Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy of it, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information for money. If we use advertising cookies, that activity may be considered "sharing" under California law, and you can opt out using the cookie banner on the site.
EU, UK, and Switzerland visitors
If you are in these regions, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your information, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Where we rely on consent (for example, for cookies and marketing), you can withdraw it without affecting processing already carried out. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
How to exercise your rights
To make any request, email us at clientsuccessteam@trendfusionalgo.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and rely on established providers with their own security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Links
The website may link to third-party sites and tools that we do not control. This policy does not apply to them, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
11. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than the one you live in, including the United States, where our providers operate. Where required, we take steps to ensure your information is treated consistently with this policy and applicable law.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Significant changes may be communicated to you directly where appropriate.
13. Contact Us
If you have questions about this policy or how we handle your information, contact us at clientsuccessteam@trendfusionalgo.com.
This policy describes our handling of personal information collected through this website. It does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. Trading involves significant risk of loss.
